I'm too trusting and don't question when people present things as trying to help me, for a fee! I need to fully analyse costs and benefits and then decide what's best to do.
• If you were starting again, what would you do differently?
I would research more about certain operational aspects of the business and look to keep overheads to a bare minimum in the early stages - if you can can start off small scale then this is best.

Geoff Stevenson, Phil Linley who supports businesses in the area and co-ordinates the local Business Leaders' group, and Claire Chang of Dream High Sirolli Network. Also my business coach, Bob Evans and Alex Lawless of Healthy Kids Rock.

Listen to advice but run it past yourself and go with your gut, even experts get it wrong, or at best they may not fully understand your business, therefore may not be best placed to advise.

Stealth not Wealth from Alex Lawless of Healthy Kids Rock.
