Voodou have just appointed its new Art Director who this month begins work at the headquarters in Bold Street. Phil Gallagher joins the award winning salon at a key point in its development. His experience spans over 16 years and previous positions include former International Artistic Director at Headmasters.
He's worked extensively in education for L'Oreal, teaching everywhere from India to South Africa to Australia, worked on London Fashion Week for the past 3 years, shoots for Agent Provocateur, Glamour, Elle and more, worked with Kate Moss, Lily Cole, Danni Minogue, Kelly Osbourne, and Linda Evangelista, was director of hair for Sky's Project Catwalk, directed hair on shoots for Britain's Next Top Model, and has appeared on the new series of the Clothes Show.

Phil led the art direction on the brand new Voodou ‘Species' campaign which is proving to be a hit around the city.

Commenting on his new appointment Phil Gallagher said "Voodou struck me as one of the most distinct and energetic companies in Merseyside. They are extremely aware commercially and I hope my role will enhance one of the best hair salons. We are currently planning a new season of looks which will be a unique and distinct hair collection."
