I have just received your Local Xtra paper and would just like to say that it is a very good read, and the web pages and email addresses are very interesting.

I was a postman and would normally throw these types of papers in the bin but Xtra is very well designed and eye catching.

Thank you for your invitation to express views regarding your new free newspaper, Loca Xtra. 
 
I found your paper to be very interesting, particularly articles on HIPs and two articles on Christian Science and Scientology, although the absence of a letters page is disappointing. 
 
Thus, I to see further faith articles perhaps from true Christians who believe in the Christ of the New Testament rather than fanciful inventions.

Dear Editor,
I am writing in response to the first issue of the Local Xtra. As a Christian Scientist of many years standing I just wanted to say how pleased I was to read your article on Christian Science. I know it has no connection with Scientology but sometimes people confuse us and so I felt your article was helpful in making clear some of the Christian Science beliefs and the two different perspectives.
Like Tony Lobl, who you interviewed, I too have found Christian Science to be a great help and support throughout my life.
I wish you all the best with Local Xtra and appreciate how it is covering a lot of interesting topics for the people of Merseyside.
