Select Properties is a family owned property sales and lettings business based in Orrell Park, Merseyside.

The group was set up in 1999 and has arranged the successful sales of hundreds of properties in the local area.

Building on our success we are expanding our business to cover the whole of Merseyside and for March and April are having a special spring offer; if you sign up with us you will get a set selling fee of £895 (plus VAT. This price includes:

Information on Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Supply and fit of sale board

Advertising on the Select Properties website

Advertising in the Local Xtra newspaper AND the website www.localxtra.co.uk

Select Properties has no “lock in” contract. Select Properties To maintain low cost marketing for everyone we charge an upfront fee of £100 (plus VAT) this covers the initial cost of advertising on the Localxtra website. This £100 is refunded on completion of the property sale.

We are currently looking for properties in the following areas: Anfield, Bootle, Kensington, Toxteth, Aigbuth, Walton, Orrell Park, Aintree, City Centre, Crosby, Waterloo, Maghull, Formby and Southport.

We also have a very strong letting business so we are looking for landlords and rental properties in all areas of Liverpool and Merseyside.
