House is in a good, secure area, very close to Asda, within walking distance to uni and close to the main bus routes to town.

Good rooms for individuals, or a couple looking for a bedroom and study/storage room.

rooms can be unfurnished if needed.

To move in on or after 1st April until 31st June. Possible to negotiate a longer tenancy period - eg up to end of august

Rooms can be let individually or together.

£35 for the single, £50 for the double - £368.33 a month if let together
