Double room available in stunng flat

I am looking for a professional, male or female, aged between 23-30 to rent a furnished double bedroom in a stunning ground floor flat. The flat comes with its own parking and is set in beautiful grounds. The location is great, close to all local amenities and easy access to city centre via bus or train. The rent includes all bills, I will require £250 deposit, which will be fully refundable and £250 (rent minus bills) in advance. I am a fairly easy going kinda person, I get on with most people! I am going to do my PGCE in september and am currently working in a school as a TA, so need to live with someone that is likeminded! I like socialising, but my job comes first at the moment, and will definitely come first when I go back to uni. I'm a great cook (even if I do say so myself!) though, and love cooking for other people. I'm looking for someone that likes their own space, but enjoys company as well, likes cats (I have one!) and doesn't smoke. Unless you're willing to go outside and do it! Sorry, but i hate the smell.
